Shipping Policy
Prepaid orders above INR 399 - Free shipping within India
Prepaid orders below INR 399 - INR 50 will be collected additionally.
Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number. We usually dispatch the orders within 1-2 business days.
Payment Policy
- We accept online orders through the following modes of payment.
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Rupay, AMEX, Net Banking & UPI. - The Credit Card transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to VR DERMA PVT LTD.
- If the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received a confirmation from us, you can reach out to our customer care team and provide the following information:
- Transaction Reference Number.
- Amount debited with registered Email ID.
- Date & Time of Transaction.
Delivery Policy
- Due to COVID-19, there might be delays in product dispatches & deliveries, owing to constraints on logistics. In these instances, unfortunately, we would not be able to commit to dispatch or delivery timelines.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for all products subject to availability and Terms & Conditions of ongoing promotions and offers.
- Orders placed on weekends & holidays will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
- If the order is updated as delivered but the customer has not received the order -
- Intimate our customer service team via call/whatsapp +91 9843182182 or email us at care@tikitoro.com within 24 hours of the delivery intimation.
- Please give us 48-72 hours to investigate with our courier partners.
- We are not responsible for the damages or misplacement of products that happened post-delivery.
Returns/Replacement
This item cannot be returned since it is classified under "Hygiene, Health and Personal Care products".
However, items received damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect are eligible for a free replacement*.
