- In case of missing, damaged or quality issues with the product, please reach out to us (within 48 hours of receiving the order) at care@tikitoro.com or WhatsApp/Call at our customer care number +91 9843 182 182 (Timings: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Days : Mon to Sat ) with the Images and Videos of the Package Opening, Product, Invoice, Inner & Outer Packaging and Batch Number. We will try our best to provide a solution in the best possible way.
- If you received a tampered or Damaged product, please reach out to us with the picture and video of the damaged/tampered side of the product or package at care@tikitoro.com or WhatsApp at our customer care number +91 9843 182 182 within 48 hours of delivery (Timings: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm Days: Mon to Sat), so we can address your concern at the earliest. Requests later than this will not be accepted.
- If you received wrong products other than what was ordered, we recommend that you not open the individual boxes. Kindly keep it in a safe condition. Write to us with the picture of the wrong product monocarton at care@tikitoro.com or WhatsApp at our customer care number +91 9843 182 182 within 24 hours of delivery, so we can address your concern at the earliest. We won't be able to accept if the product is opened, tampered, damaged, used or not in a saleable condition.
- For any product quality complaints, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at our customer care number +919994222852 within 48 hours of your order delivery.
- In case you have placed a wrong product in an order (Eg, instead of Kids Shampoo you might have placed a Teens Shampoo), the exchange of that product will be accepted only if the product is returned without opening the box and in good condition.
Wrong products placed by the customer includes a one way shipping charge of Rs. 100/-.
Cancellation

- Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
- In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you, please reach out to us at care@tikitoro.com or WhatsApp/Call at our customer care number +91 9843 182 182 (Timings: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm) within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Our Customer Care team will help with a solution as soon as possible.

Requests shared after this time window won’t be accepted.
- If you’ve received a wrong product, we recommend not opening the individual boxes and keeping them safely as it is.
Please share a photo of the wrong product monocarton within 24 hours of delivery at care@tikitoro.com or WhatsApp at +91 9843 182 182. We won’t be able to process requests if the product is opened, used, tampered with, damaged, or not in a saleable condition.
- For any product quality concerns, you can reach us directly on WhatsApp at +91 99942 22852 within 48 hours of delivery.
- If a wrong product was selected while placing the order (for example, choosing a Teens product instead of a Kids product), we understand, it happens.
We’ll accept an exchange only if the product is unopened and in good condition, with a one-way shipping charge of ₹100.
Cancellation
If you’d like to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of care@tikitoro.com or via WhatsApp/Call at +91 9843 182 182 (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Mon to Sat), along with the reason.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
