We do not offer COD for International orders.
- We ship our products from our warehouses spread across 6 Tier 1 Cities.
Orders placed are shipped within 24-48 business hours.
• Non-Serviceable Zones (NSZ) / Pincodes: If your pincode is not serviceable by the Courier / Delivery Partner, we may take a little longer to ship your order. Our support team will get in touch with you to inform you of the delay and also to obtain an alternate delivery address if possible, in order to expedite the delivery.
• Rest of India (ROI) pincodes: If your pincode falls under the ROI region the delivery of the order might take a little longer than expected. Our support team will get in touch with you to intimate the delay and try our possible best to expedite the delivery.
• Misrouted orders : Due to unavoidable courier situations certain orders tend to get misrouted which might incur delay in delivery. However, we will make sure that we follow up and expedite the delivery.
• Natural Calamities / Weather Conditions : Delay in order delivery can be expected in regions where weather conditions are bad and if there are any unfortunate natural calamities. However, we will keep you informed.
• In case of any delay, we will keep you informed via WhatsApp.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances in delay in delivery or non-serviceable pincodes,
- Change of address is to be intimated within 1 hour of placing the order. The new address will be considered as a new order. Intimation after 1 hour will incur an additional charge of Rs. 100/-.
- We take extensive precautions for the safety of the products and its packaging while dispatching it. We pack our products in boxes safely with additional brown paper with tamper proof on every product.
- We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday & public holidays. We are associated with reputed logistic partners to help with safe & faster deliveries.
We try our best to accommodate special bulk request with special packaging with additional charges. If you aren't sure, we encourage you to WhatsApp or call us before placing your order.
- If the order is updated as delivered but the user has not received the order, the same has to be informed to the customer care team via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation, wherein you will have to give 48-72 business hours to investigate with our courier partners.
- All claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported to the customer care team via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation, wherein you will have to give 48-72 business hours to investigate with our courier partners. If any shipment is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it.
- We are not responsible for damages that happen post-delivery. We do not take responsibility for the misplacement of products post-delivery.
Domestic Delivery
- Generally, it takes 3 - 8 business days for the deliveries to happen across India, but in rare cases, transit time is longer due to courier loads, local conditions, festive holidays, natural calamities, rain, non-serviceable zones, ROI regions and a variety of other factors.

International Delivery
Generally, it takes 15 - 25 business days for the deliveries to happen outside India based on the proximity, but in rare cases, transit time is longer due to courier loads, customs, local conditions, festive holidays, natural calamities, rain and a variety of other factors.
International Delivery charges are calculated depending on the products, weight of the complete order, location and a few more factors.
- Our team will communicate in detail the breakage of the shipping charge with you on Whatsapp, Shipping charge will be actuals based on what the delivery partner charges.
- Once we have mutually agreed on the shipping charges, the order has to be prepaid in order to despatch

- Custom charges and handling rates if applicable, will be shared at the time of delivery by the courier service provider.
- Tikitoro will not be liable to pay any of the duty charges including Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country under any circumstances. These have to be borne by the customer. The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value do not include these charges. If the customer refuses to pay the liable shipment customs charges upon its arrival in the destination country, the parcel will be held by the logistics partner or destroyed by them. Tikitoro will not be responsible for the same.
If the parcel comes back to Tikitoro, the brand will deduct complete shipping, return duty charges and any other applicable charges from the customer order value while processing the refund*. *This is only valid in rare cases if the shipment is returned and received at our warehouse. If the shipment is not returned, Tikitoro won't be able to process the refund.

Address Changes
- Address changes must be informed within 1 hour of placing the order
- The new address will be treated as a new order
- Requests after 1 hour will incur an additional ₹100 charge

If the parcel is returned to us:
- Shipping, return duty, and other charges will be deducted from the order value during the refund
- Refund is only possible if the shipment is successfully returned to our warehouse
- If not returned, a refund cannot be processed
