3. If the amount has been deducted from your account but you haven’t received a confirmation from us, you can reach out to our customer care team and provide the following information:
   1. Transaction Reference Number.
   2. Amount debited with registered Email ID.
   3. Date & Time of Transaction.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for all products subject to availability and Terms & Conditions of ongoing promotions and offers.
2. Orders placed on weekends & holidays will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
3. If the order is updated as delivered but the customer has not received the order -

5. Please give us 48-72 hours to investigate with our courier partners.
6. We are not responsible for the damages or misplacement of products that happened post-delivery.
